PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By placing an order with FLOWERS IN NYC BY GREEN BAR INC., the customer acknowledges that proof of delivery may include:
• Recipient signature
• Confirmation from concierge or front desk
• Confirmation of receipt
• Delivery photograph
Such confirmation constitutes valid and legally binding proof that the service has been completed.
In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal, the company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the relevant financial institution, including but not limited to delivery confirmation, delivery photographs, transaction verification, and communication records.
We are committed to resolving concerns directly and strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating any dispute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
For cancellation requests:
• If more than 12 hours have passed since purchase, but the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a 50% refund may be issued.
• Refunds are not available less than 24 hours before delivery due to preparation time and the perishable nature of our products.
Same-day and custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Images displayed on our website represent the overall design and style of each arrangement.
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers or vases may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.
Any substitution will preserve the overall aesthetic, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
While we make every effort to deliver within the agreed time window, delays may occur due to:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Restricted building access
• High order volume during holidays or peak seasons
RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
• The arrangement may be left with a concierge, front desk, or authorized building representative.
• If deemed safe, the arrangement may be left at the recipient’s door.
• A delivery photograph may be taken as proof of delivery.
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
• Additional delivery fees may apply.
• Redelivery may be arranged subject to product availability.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Same-day delivery is available based on product availability and order cutoff times.
During peak seasons and major holidays, same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation may include:
• Signature
• Concierge confirmation
• Confirmation of receipt
• Delivery photograph
Such confirmation serves as proof of successful fulfillment of the order.
