REFUND POLICY

All sales at FLOWERS IN NYC BY GREEN BAR INC. are final and non-refundable.

We create custom floral arrangements made from perishable products that are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and light. The only exception for filing a claim is the receipt of a defective or damaged item.

Claims must be submitted within 12 hours after delivery.

Please note that flowers are natural, perishable products with a limited lifespan. Proper care is essential. The recipient is responsible for following the care instructions provided by FLOWERS IN NYC BY GREEN BAR INC.

We always strive to use the exact flowers shown on our website. However, due to seasonal and market availability, certain flowers may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar or higher-value blooms while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design of the arrangement.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & DISPUTES

By placing an order with FLOWERS IN NYC BY GREEN BAR INC., the customer acknowledges that proof of delivery may include:

• Recipient signature
• Confirmation from concierge or front desk
• Delivery confirmation
• Delivery photograph

Such confirmation serves as valid proof that the service has been completed.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation and communication records, to the relevant financial institution.

We strive to resolve any issues directly and encourage customers to contact us before initiating a dispute.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

For cancellation requests:

• If more than 12 hours have passed since purchase, but the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, a 50% refund may be issued.
• Refunds are not available less than 24 hours before delivery due to preparation requirements and the perishable nature of the products.

Same-day and custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Images on our website reflect the general design and style of each arrangement.

Due to seasonal and market availability, certain flowers or vases may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.

Any substitutions will maintain the overall aesthetic, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
